I blame the security details in the stadium, in a country like Turkey, where the fans are crazy...the securities should always be prepared for such occurrence.

For example, in Nigeria NPFL, immediately after the final whistle you'll see 3 to 4 policemen running straight to the pitch to protect the referee and his crew out of the stadium.
