Anyways, those bank management are trying to maximize profit so they have deviced stringent means of sieving through entrants. Sorry to say, my advise is for you to look outside the bank. Look at other sectors, even other financial sectors. You can still make it. 40 is middle of life but you still have some time to launch afresh. But I advise you tackle the problem highligted above.

Tell ur friend nt to get all worked up....he/she will be attended to in camp. Provisions are made by nysc to treat issues like dis in camp. Its nt a big deal at all.
