Peter Obi only needs to win the highest number of votes, plus get 25% of votes in 24 states. Thats what the constitution says

For example, if Peter Obi's total votes nationwide is 25 million, Atiku 20 million, Tinubu 18 million.
If Peter also got 25% of the votes in 24 states and FCT, then he will be declared president

even if he won only 10 states
