As shared by Dr Rex Osagie:

How the 2023 general elections was systematically compromised.

1. Irrespective of how sharp the snapped result is, the BVAS degrades it to a very poor quality file.

2. All units had to do offline login, instead of online. Thus, the PU results were not submitted directly to the inec server.

3. In many areas, the number of accredited voters could not be exported. Instead, the error message in the image below popped up.

4. The SIM network used was unreliable, voters used WiFi

5 @inecnigeria Adhoc staff were not trained. They struggled with navigating the BVAS, they struggled with simple numeracy - computing total ballots issued vs total ballots unused.
In fact, many POs came to the field with ballots less than the number of voters on the register

6. What we have seen is a systematic rigging of the elections. This was planned long before candidates chose their party. A broken system was designed to favour the ruling party.

INEC IS CURRENTLY UNDER SEIGE AND UNDER HEAVY MANDATE TO DELIVER FAKE AND MANUPULATED ELECTION RESULTS

THE NIGERIAN PEOPLE CANNOT DISSASSOCIATE FROM THE ELECTORAL FRAUD GOIN ON AGAINST THEM

ITS A SHAME ON THE MOST POPULUS BLACK CONTINET IN THE WORLD.

POLITICIANS FROM RULING PARTY COLABARATING WITH INEC OFFICIALS TO RIG ELECTION.

-->SYSTEMATIC DELAY IN DELIVERY OF ELECTION MATERIALS TO AREAS WHERE THEY WILL NOT GET FAVORABLE VOTES.

--> USING SYSTEMATIC MEANS TO DISENFANCHISE VOTE IN POLLING UNIT WITH POPULATIONS THAT WILL NOT FAVOUR THEM ( HOW CAN 4000 ACCREDITED PEOPLE ONLY 100 WILL VOTE AND THE VOTE WILL CLOSE, THIS IS SYSTEMATIC FRAUD ALL OVER THE POLLING UNITS.

--> SYSTEMATIC OMITION OF SOME PARTY'S LOGO ON THE BALLOT PAPER IN SOME AREAS/

--> NOT UPLOADING RESULT OR SYSTEMATICALLY DISABLING REC OFFICERS ACCOUNT SO THEY CANNOT UPLOAD TO BVAS PORTAL FOR PRESIDENTAIL ELECTIONS SPECIALLY IN AREAS WHERE THEY KNOW THEY CANNOT GET IN FAVORABLE VOTE, THEREBY DISENFRANCHISGING THE PEOPLE

--> SYSTEMATIC USE OF SECURITY AGENTS TO SCATTER BALLOTS AS IN RIVERS STATE

-->SEVERALL AREAS LIKE WITH ETIOSA THERE WAS NO ELECTION AND THERE WAS NO REPEAT ELECTION IN THIS PLACES THIS
WAS SYSTEMATICALLY DONE TO STOP CITIZENS FROM VOTING IN THESE PLACES.

--> USE OF THUGS TO SCATTER BALLOT BOXES AS WITH SURULERE AND SO MANY AREAS ACCROS THE COUNTRY WHERE ELECTIONS IS UNFAVORABLE

THE COUNTRY AND RULING PARTY IS RULLING THE COUNTRY BY FRAUD.

Ennoloa:
PRESS RELEASE
Challenges Experienced With The INEC Results Viewing Portal (IReV)

WHAT IS GOIN ON IN INEC IS EXTREEMLY LAUGHABLE

WITH THIS STATEMENT IT SHOWS CLEAR FRUAD AND MANUPULATIONS GOIN ON IN INEC

OVER SEAS HERE WE ARE IN LAUGHTER OVER INEC IF THIS STATEMENT IS TRUE

INEC SAID IT HAD TECHNICAL PROBLEMS SCALING FROM OFF-SESSION STATE ELECTIONS TO NATIONWIDE GERNERAL ELECTIONS , WITH THIS STATEMENT YOU ARE CALLING A FOOL TO THE ICT GUYS IN NIGERIA. (WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE ? BECAUSE WETHER STATE SESSION OR NATIONWIDE SESSION THE PORTAL IS A HOSTED SERVICE HOSTED WITH A HOSTING COMPANY)

IF WE CAN EDUCATE YOU THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS TO ASK YOUR HOSTING COMPANY TO INCREASE YOUR DATA STORAGE AND BANDWITH AND YOU HAVE NOTHING AGAIN TO DO , LOOKING AT THE INEC RESULT PORTAL IT WAS HOSTED AT whogohost.com WHICH MEANS INEC IS USING THE SERVICE OF AN INTERNATION HOSTING COMPANY. THE INEC BVAS PORTAL APPLICATION AND DATA BASE ARE HOSTED IN AN INTERNATIONS WEBHOST COMPANY , IF THEY NEED TO UPGRADE THEY JUST PAY THE HOSTING COMPANY FOR MORE DATA SIZE AND BANDWITH AND THATS ITS....... PLEASE BLAMING IT ON STATE SESSION TO NATION SESSION IS A TECHNICAL FRAUD BECAUSE THER IS NOTHING LIKE THAT.

Why are some people crying in advance?

They were queueing up to asslick Buhari... calling him a tough General just last week.

EFCC went to Tinubu's polling units... Military tanks rolled into Lagos. Buhari was praised for ensuring a free and fair election.

Little did they know that the tanks were for those trying to destroy Lagos with EndSARS Part 2.

Do anyhow and see anyhow.

"These elections were free and fair". That's what Obi supporters were chanting last week. For once we agree with them. grin

Didnt you guys ALL agree that the cash shortage and fuel scarcity were targeted at Tinubu? Were you not jubilating? Why are you now crying?

The video circulating around with MC olumou threatening IGBOS not to vote and the legal suite by labor party praying that INEC should not use MC OLUMOU for its logistics shows that the election has been compromised long enough by INEC and TINUBU.... who does that?

Its a shame that our hopes have been dashed irrespective of our party affiliation.
We expected more from INEC, a rig proof system which we thought made ballot box snatching useless but it seems the key actors were very prepared to compromise the process knowing the loopholes.

The most shocking part is that youths who should be concerned about the impact of the elections on their future are neck deep into the fraud with some of them caught in the act getting shot dead or tortured by soldiers and frustrated voters.

Which way Nigeria 🇳🇬 🤔

It is quite shameful that with the four solid years INEC had to prepare for the election, there's nothing to show for it....

The politicians are not our problem, we are our own problem...

From the vote buyers to the Corrupt INEC officials, even the NYSC members down to the Police...

Nothing was compromised.
That election didn't go your way should not be the reason why you'll say it was compromised.

I voted for Atiku. At the moment, it's not looking good for him. But I can't say the election was compromised simply because my candidate lost.
Haven said that,
Igbo people have completely spoiled Atiku's chances.

It will take a miracle for him to win now

When we told you guys that we should all vote for an opposition candidate that has a realistic chance of winning, you told us you rather waste your votes on Pandora. Now that those votes have truly been wasted, you turn back to cry of rigging.
You're all very stupid.

Luckily for me, BAT is my second option and Pandora is not in my top 1k choice

Sai Tinubu
Una go cry blood

Who noticed that the INEC chairman has been dodgy these past 18hours?

He mouthed to the heavens that election results will be uploaded directly to INEC Hqtrs Abuja from the polling units using the BVAS machine.

Uptil this moment , not a single result was uploaded .
The over ₦50b spent on INEC ICT has gone to the gutters already.

He is hiding ,and does not want to face the fiery reporters who have prepared hot questions for him.

Here is how Ahmed Escobar Tinubu compromised the entire INEC ICT network and disabled the BVAS machine nationwide for effective rigging to take place

A top consultant of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Olatubosun Adeniyi Kuku, has been caught on tape revealing that Bola Tinubu, the flag bearer of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), would offer $170 million to the commission’s officials to manipulate the results of the presidential elections across Nigeria.
“Asiwaju is giving INEC $170 million,” Mr Kuku, who described himself as the number one consultant for the commission, told an official in the audio obtained by Peoples Gazette this week. “We will share it around; everybody will do the bidding.”
Buhari, has over time been tainted with age falsification, ill health, corruption and drug dealing allegations.

Ahead of the party’s presidential primary elections in June 2022, sources told this outlet that Mr Tinubu offered delegates bribes to secure their votes as the APC flag bearer.

The delegates confirmed to The Gazette that the APC flagbearer induced Ogun delegates with $25,000 and Adamawa $10,000.

Voting rights activist Greg Adesuwa said Mr Kuku’s disclosure about what he did with Mr Tinubu was not entirely new to Nigerian elections, which have for decades been characterised by violence, ballot box stuffing and outright rigging often linked to candidates and their political agents.

“This INEC contractor said Tiinubu was looking to bribe officials to the humongous amount mentioned, that is beyond disturbing,” Mr Adesuwa told The Gazette. “I hope the security agencies will work to investigate the man’s claim and hold all his co-conspirators to justice in this country.”

Mr Adesuwa said Nigerian politicians should move beyond seeing election as a violent and corrupt process and instead focus on polishing their ideas to make them sellable to the masses

Hmm.. the observations are true... It will work in favour of all political candidates in their strongholds and also work against them in areas where they're not so popular.

So far, Obi won't be able to get 25% in the following states:

Ekiti
Osun
Kastina
Kano
Oyo
Bauchi
Borno
Zamfara
Jigawa

Just three more states and Obi is out or heading for a rerun at best.

The election is now between Atiku and Tinubu.
