Lithiumite: At least give him kudos for what he has been able to do with the economy,he has steadied the ship and made it possible to engender economic growth i agree security is a big downside for this problem but we believe it will be brought under control and those children will be brought from where tbey are kept.
But I like to ask, there are terrorism threaths all across tbe sahel from tchad to Mali, why is it only in Nigeria that kidnapping is thriving to the extent of kidnapping kids, something is really wrong somewhere. Okay, so there's insecurity everywhere in other countries, it's not particular to Nigeria alone. Thanks for the information. |
Politics › Re: Anybody That Wants To Protest Must Do So In Their State Of Origin by Tolumiide: 10:02am On May 30 |
CorrectionFLuid: . Protesting is your right but must be done in accordance to the law.
For the so-called protest for the release of Oyo kidnap victims, everyone that wants to protest must go to his or her state and protest there.
And if the governments has secured court order limiting the protest venue to a particular location, it must be obeyed by the protesters.
Everybody has right to movement and that right must not be disrupted by a few disgruntled individuals.
First to do no dey pain. Good point. But what about herdsmen that has successfully restricted everyone movement in Nigeria. What do you have to say about it and why has government not gone to court because of it. At the moment, people can't go to farm, people couldn't even travel from one state to another state, prove us wrong, travel by road connecting 4 states in Nigeria. |

Politics › Re: Why Tinubu Might Still Win In 2027 Even If Many People Are Not Happy - Green Man by Tolumiide: 8:55am On Apr 18 |
franchasng: The only way Tinubu can win is for Tinubu to use every juju available to him to scatter Atiku/Obi/Kwankwaso/El-Rufai/Tambuwal/Amaechi coalition.
But if he fails to do so and Atiku/Obi runs or Obi/Kwankwaso runs, Tinubu will definitely lose because he won't get up to 15% in the North.
Opposition will win Southeast landslide, win SouthSouth comfortably and win or get draw in Middlebelt.
You guys will witness a northern electoral revolution that will remain in the hearts of Nigerians for decades.
Tinubu betrayed Northern Nigeria and it's paining them so much and they are waiting for 2027 to revenge on Tinubu.
Tinubu's defeat will start from Northwest and Northeast and concluded in Southeast and parts of North Central.
Tinubu's handlers didn't try for him by allowing him divide Nigeria so much and turn Nigeria to a Yoruba-first agenda nation, a multiethnic nation like Nigeria? Buhari started it yes, but even Buhari's nepotism wasn't as bad and daring as Tinubu's own.
And why must Tinubu even follow the unscrupulous footsteps of Buhari when it comes to nepotism, divisive policies and being unforgiven? Must you follow the bad ways? Can't you make a difference and be remembered for good?
Tinubu governed Nigeria as if Yorubas finally conquered Nigeria in a war, it was really that bad and it's sad Tinubu followed such dishonorable pathway after being declared winner in an election he was so unpopular! My brother, Tinubu would win 2027 election with huge, never seen before, margins. This opposition is not ready. It's unfortunate but if you are truthful to yourself, you would know that we don't have opposition parties yet @OP, a good job. |

Procashtips: I asked you for 3 and you could only provide 2 fake narratives. You need to remove the western propoganda Googles you're wearing to see life in its true form. Is Iran the only country in the middle East, have you ever asked yourself, why always Iran. I don't need AI, to make my point clear, you're faulting AI as a western tools, yet you're quoting it. Thirdly, in response to your request, Iran’s long standing support for terrorist activities and regional militias such as Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthi movement in Yemen and Hamas in Palestine has heightened security fears in Gulf states and middle East, these make countries like Saudi Arabia and the UAE to deepen military cooperation and relationships, increase arms purchases, and align more closely with the United States for protection. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Eid Celebrations Disrupted As Iran Strikes Kuwait Oil Refinery by Tolumiide: 12:21pm On Mar 20 |
Procashtips: Just mention 3 instances to support your assertion. 1) 1980 tanker war. Kuwait asked the U.S. for protection. The U.S. launched Operation Earnest Will to escort Gulf oil tankers. Note that the war is not between Kuwait and Iran. Yet, Iran attacked any tankers on site. 2) 1987 war against Iran Gulf monarchies asked the U.S. for assistance against Iran, in fact, they asked other powerful nations, it was only US that responded with Operation Nimble Archer For you to know that the above is true. Look for the third instance yourself. There are other I decided not to mention. But If you can't get them, let me know, I would provide you with it. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Eid Celebrations Disrupted As Iran Strikes Kuwait Oil Refinery by Tolumiide: 12:05pm On Mar 20 |
God1000: Iran will continue to bombard these countries for giving aid and comfort to the enemies History clearly shows that Iran’s actions have pushed many Gulf nations to seek protection from the United States and invest heavily in military strength. Over time, this has shaped their alliances, making them more inclined to side with the U.S. rather than Iran. It’s important to study history and understand these dynamics before forming or sharing opinions. Gaining knowledge doesn’t just improve how you post or respond, it also helps you think more clearly and build a better perspective on life, instead of approaching issues with unnecessary bitterness. |
