Lol. No damage has been done.
My major issue right now is low fuel efficiency.
It consumes so much and the issues has been there since I acquired it as tokunbo.
I've changed nozzles, plugs, fixed exhaust, cleared the MAF, yet nothing seems to help.
The car is in good condition and performance has not reduced. The main issue is just the consumption.

Since you don't want to type, you should be able to read audibly and clearly if you can manage a 80% accuracy rate.
Just use a text dictation software like the google doc voice tool. There are other software, but not free.

There is a new update windows update which actually tries to update the windows version called "Windows 10 update assistant". This update will never stop with the method stated above. It downloads the update file and creates a folder in the root of drive C called "Windows10Upgrade". It's annoying because everytime you try to kill the process and stop the update, it will keep popping trying to perform the update. Disabling the process from task scheduler and stopping inbound and outbound connection for the app is the only hope.

A 32-bit processor can only handle a limited amount of RAM (up to 4GB of RAM or less on Windows) while 64-bit processor can handle lot more.

Its the brand and model of the laptop that will determine how much the fan and keyboard will be.
Generally fan should not be more than 2k, keyboard will be between 4-7k, DVD player should be around 5k too.
If its a laptop that still serves you, its better to fix and not sell as the issues at hand are not recurrent... it would take a while for any of the 3 damaged part to need a replacement again.

OK. There is a good Dell 14z, core i3 that can go for that amount. The HP that's a core i5 on ground cannot go for the amount you stated.
Depending on where you are, I'm pretty sure you can get HP 8460p (core i5) for that amount... or even 8440p (but may need to upgrade the ram).
