please, gurus in the house, i'm having problems after installing kali linux...i tells me " a problem occured, please contact your system administrator", and i can't find this on google... please help me o..............

@Just_thinking, thank you for your reply.. i have started my research here too little by little till ASUU decides to call of strike and continue in school.. It is just that phcn is a mess in my area, making things complicated... i have started downloading some books and will soon start with videos...any hiccup on the way, I will quickly run here for my bosses to advice me....and i have also started downloading kali linux...so when i'm thru i will follow the steps on how to install it that i saw in previous post........................................

Good day bosses..i just saw this topic, and i really love the knowledge that is passed across here...pls i have a question, i have windows 7 on my laptop and just downloaded virtual box to add another O.S to my system...but i need advice on which to add, for a beginner should i go for kali linux, or backtrack5 or ubuntu......and pls give me a list of your hacking books, don't worry about the links, i will search 4 them myself,so this will help me a bit in getting right books and not rubbish...i hail just_thinking,doncrust,backtrack,megatran,cytrex,slyrox and co....i know say one day i go get there......

No o they are not free for commercial use, they can only be used for practice or just for fun.but if u want to use it for commercial purposes you have to pay the photographers little money...for the images go to www.deviantart.com

ladanski: i still use gimp. I mostly use free alternatives to most softwares

Ubunty (in place of windows)
Gimp (in place of photoshop)
Inkscape (in place of Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw)
Blender 3d (in place of 3ds Max or Maya)

adobe in-design - for page formatting mostly used for book design and can also be used to design flyers
adobe premiere - for videos
adobe after effects - for videos
