All these African countries like to hate on Nigeria, yet when they get into trouble, Nigeria is the first country they run too. Nigeria needs to redefine it's foreign policy towards Africa. No more big brother mentality when these guys obviously have no love for us.
BusinessRe: FEC Approves N200 Billion Loan For Bank Of Industry by tomiwalker: 8:06am On Nov 21, 2019
Make no mistake about it, Nigeria is heading off a cliff and this government is doing everything in its power to ensure that we fall off. Nigeria has near $100 billion in debt with nothing to show for it. And our revenues are not growing exponentially alongside the debt. Instead of pushing reforms that makes Nigeria attractive for foreign investment, so that at least we can have development without incurring more debilitating debt, they would rather continue with their nonsense economic policies and drive the country off a cliff
PoliticsRe: Oyo Technically Bankrupt – Makinde by tomiwalker: 4:59pm On Jul 03, 2019
Na wa o. My guy no try at all. Our politicians need to understand that the way they project their states have a direct effect on how the state is perceived. Which investor will want to invest in a state that even the governor says is bankrupt? Which companies will want to open branches in a place that is bankrupt? Which workers or young families will relocate to a place that advertises itself as bankrupt? He will soon come and be complaining that nobody wants to invest in Oyo

Yes. All the designing and coding was done in Nigeria by Nigerians. The focus has been to push the envelope on Nigerian technology products. We want to build something that hasn't been done before, and something the will be remembered for a long time. Have you downloaded the app? You can follow me on Orbi @tomiwalker.

I'm still waiting on feedback from the Nairaland community. I've seen an increase in sign ups since posting here so I know you guys are trying it. Let's know what you think.

Music/RadioRe: Where To Watch Femi Kuti Videos? by tomiwalker: 6:07am On Feb 16, 2007
Can anyone tell me how big Femi Kuti is in Nigeria. I think he is being slept on. I think he is Naijas best artiste. Unlike all these other guys with whack melodies, this dude got his own band. He is a real musician, like MUSICIAN. And he got that African sound down tight.
