maybe u shld have asked which is the best course in 2007, cos these things change wit time, there was a time where the best course was fine arts (leonardo davinci and all), then sciences (einstein et al), law, medcine, a few years ago, it was the jet age, but rite now, its the Information Age, i think Computer Sciences is the best course to study now,

meehn! 24 is the hardest! im so addicted, i watched season 4 all thru a wkend, saturday to sunday, non stop , they have a way of giving the characters a personalty,

cant wait 4 season seven, heard there's no more CTU, (and tom lennox is the next president),

css and tables don't relate in the sense you are talking about

tables = layout and presentation
css = styling the layout.

it is just like saying you want to compare the content of a perfume bottle with the bottle.

right now, css is been pushed as a more efficient way of laying out and presenting your website (as against the table based design), one of the many reasons is because your browser loads the stylesheet once unlike the table based design where it has to load the table each time a new page is loaded,

its like asking "when do You Know You're Ready To get married " -- when u find ur partner, and enuf resourses to keep the marriage goin,

but the funny thin about starting a business is that, there's always an excuse to delay ( expecially when u have a full time job), so i guess u're not ready to start a business until u've actually started
