 Carry out instructions as given by the Head-Credit and Marketing towards the implementation of the Bank’s strategies on marketing.

 Participate in mass marketing to actualize the Bank’s funds mobilization strategies

 Ensure all Deposits received are entered on customers’ personal records (pass book) and on the marketer’s log sheet to checkmate
disagreement.

 Source and market credit worthy customers. Identify customers’ requirements to enable the Bank package products that meet with their
various needs.

 Establish the prospective credit customer’s eligibility status for loans based on the Capacity, Capital and Collateral. Also have
understanding of the following basic guides: customer business in the light of say: cash flow pattern, industry practice, sector,
governmental regulations, trade regulations, customs, business cycles whether: all season, periodical and seasonal.

 Ensures customers satisfy the minimum KYC standard and necessary due diligence requirements are met

 Hand over all credit requests and proposals to the Head-Credit and Marketing for necessary appraisal and presentation for management
approval.

 Follow-up loans disbursement to eligible clients. Maintains records of all loans given out and monitor repayments. Ensure any customer
failing in repayment obligation is reported to the recovery officers for prompt action.

 Ensure cordial customer’s relationship and excellent services to promote continuity and customers’ retention.

 Participate in mass recovery exercise where necessary.
