I want to ask what and what should I look out for when buying a car from a dealer. What range of car and suv can I get between 2.5 and 3 million naira. Do I need to replace oil filter engine oil of a tokunbo car or It can be driven like that. I read where someone said I should do a VIN check. Aside custom documents,is that all that would be given to me at the dealership.
