Still working perfectly,.. MTN is the most stable network in my area,.. okota, isolo full signal. |

You dont need VPN again... subscribe to MTN bis.... change or create blacberry.net apn then you are good to go....... remember mtn bis now has data cap... monitor ur downloads.... Cheers. |

mjay: Does the droidvpn have any special settings?haven't use droidvpn, but for you to use droidvpn you got to have an acctount with droidvpn and subscribe any of their plans b4 subscribing to mtn bis.. but i dont think that droidvpn has any special setting,. it just a software/app that bypass through mtn bis,.. period. |

joeydozzy: so its unlimited without droidvpn?droidvpn has another vpn software called PD PROXY you can google pd proxy. this pd is for computer while driodvpn is for android,. The one i have been using on my computer is pd proxy,. and its unlimited, so having an MTN sim with bis subscriptn on it makes me to give it a trial...(because i have been reading about set dns and mtn bis on NL.) i cant say its unlimited for now. because i haven't use it for so long,.. but its working perfectly.. see why i like and prefer using it,..It works with the phone wifi hotspot so i dont need modern again, i connect all my devices to my phone hotspot... i shall try and upload SET DNS PRO version here stay tune.. |

FOR ANDROID UERS WHO PREFER MTN BIS steps.... 1.download set dns from play store,, 2.insert ur mtn sim and recharge 500(weekly) or 1500(monthly) 3.send sms to 21600 with the word BBCWEEK OR BBC 4.turn on your mobile data, open set dns amd grant permission to Set DNS pls note: ITS ONLY FOR ROOTED DEVICES.... Do you know when I called Glo 3G customer care today on 444, the lady was so dumb not to even understand common network issues and yet, she is a customer care who is supposed to solves problems of her subscribers. I just hope that the signal will truly go up so that I can post my experience again.the problem with my glo here is that it disconnect every 10-15mins but just try mtn bis with Set DNS and it works perfectly... Since i have been using mtn bis on pc(unlimited) and it working with my galaxy s3 through set dns i shall stick to it because its stable... mtn bis- primary glo bis-secondary airtel bis-thirdly etisalat bis- may by next there shall breakthrough.... |

To be sincere, I have never used a BB phone before and my highest phone till date is my defective LG GX500 but, my curiosity to save on data landed me to this Glo BB stuff and I am grateful to you all that gave it a trial. i have been using mtn bb on my pc for months now unlimited downloads,..streaming video as if my father is working with mtn, download windows 8,movies,music,games,custom rom for my galaxy s3 etc....while i use Airtel on my phone manytimes very slow in my area...looking for alternative thanking lolousas for glo, at least glo is better than airtel in my area,.. using connectify sometimes dont work with all apps on my phone.. 1 Like |

luluosas: I think Glo is having internet problems in my location (Yola) as the Modem is not connecting at all, even though I tried the 3 profiles (Glo Blackberry - blackberry.net APN, Glo Direct - glosecure APN, and Glo Bolt - gloflat APN) I have on the Modem.i like Glo but their unstability make me to stop using it..but if bb is now working on phone i shall be given it a trial this evening.. |
