Well if this is true. It not rilly a problem. U need a lawyer. The lawyer gives u a leter of administration(loa). This u tak to d bank with which there the bank wil conduct a probate search on(thats not ur headache). Just get a lawyer for the LOA. Take this to d branch nearest to u. Going to d brch where acct was opened is old_school and by now;I am sure that has been scrapped. Be positive really cos it is difficult. Just som processes dat must be followed. D bank also does not want to pay d wrong hand!if there do. There can be sued you see. No bank want to be smirched wit that now. Bro. Sorry about d loss though.
