Just visit the bank.its nt cumbersome realy to get the fund frankly just a docunent tin. Loa, etc.

I was making some withdrawal using one of my ATM cards on an ATM machine of a different bank, in the process the machine says I have reached the maximum withdrawal limit, since I kind of urgently need the cash, I quickly made a transfer of 80k from the bank to my other bank account.
I was able to collect 60k but the last 20k didn't come out, because the machine says insufficient balance, but i got a debit alert of 80k.
I went the next day to complain to the bank, they checked their system and said that I used ATM to withdrew 20k from my EMPTY bank account before the 80k came in, which then put my account balance on negative of -18,950 which collected the 20k when I put the 80k.
we have been on that for past 2days and I still don't understand how it happened that an ATM machine will dispense cash on an empty account and then give you a negative balance.
please has anybody had this kind of experience.

system malfunction can cause that. Likely tht do atm card bank not d machine had a system glitch. Can explain in closed camera abeg not here
