The $2.3 billion Siemens-Nigeria Power Deal (Presidential Power Initiative - PPI) is active and in its second phase as of early 2026, aimed at modernizing Nigeria's power grid and improving reliability.

Following a period of stagnation, the project was revived by President Tinubu's administration. It's the same game plan the current rulers played to get to power.
Now, Jagaban isn't a gentleman (that's not in his dictionary) when it comes to retaining power.
You need a landslide victory against someone like that, otherwise the 'snatching and grabbing tactic' will easily erase your little marginal win.
An Atiku/Obi combo can surely give that landslide win, just like Yar'Adua/GEJ did in 2007.
