My understanding of your question is that you are concerned of your present account balance especially after generating mybankstatement.

If my understanding of your question is correct, I don't think you should bother about the balance in your account and even if there is a charge, won't be that material. The visa officer already has some knowledge of your account balance, what they are reviewing now is the integrity of the account you have presented.

You are not going to be complicating any issue, just follow strictly the instruction of IRCC as stated in their letter. I suggested you liaise with your bank to support in sending the mybankstatement certificate on your behalf to the embassy because it involved an alleged case of fraud which comes with a risk of a 5-year ban so It would be nice if you can get the bank to send the mybankstatement on your behalf. They may just require you to write an instruction letter to that effect which should not be a problem.

You can then do a further e-mail based on my earlier explanation once the bank gives you confirmation they have sent it to the embassy.

I know this would give you some anxiety and some panic but just try to be as calm as possible and don't be too hard on yourself. Approach your branch and try to get the audience of a senior officer if you cant get your account officer quickly and let them know the urgency of the letter since you just have 7 days.

It would end in praise by God's grace.

Which email address am i suppose to send it to? Because i have checked and the request letter was sent via a “DoNotReply” mail. Please help me

I just can’t find the email address I’m suppose to send the requested documents to and it’s really bothering me right now

Hi Tony, you have nothing to worry about if you are innocent of their allegations.

I would suggest you visit your branch immediately and speak with your account officer or a senior official of the branch.

Appeal to them to send my bank statement` certificate on your behalf ( with one-year banking history) to the embassy and to the e-mail address they have instructed in their letter quoting your UCI and application number. The IRCC would have some comfort if this comes from an official of the bank directly.

You can also on your own part get a reference letter from the bank and respond to IRCC with a copy of the mybankstatement certificate and the reference letter and then write a concise response e-mail that you are writing in response to the IRCC letter dated XXXX and attaching a copy of the mybankstatement and reference letter for their attention in accordance to the IRCCrequest and also inform them that a copy has also been sent to IRCC officially by your bank and also state the date.

But try to get your bank to send the mybankstatement certificate to the embassy first.

It will end in praise.

My major concern is the amount left the account immediately after printing the statement. So what are my chances and what am i suppose to do now in response to the letter from IRCC without complicating issues any further please?

This has to do with the bank statement you submitted did you submit the traditional paper statement or the ticket ID and password?

It was a paper statement of account i sent with the application.

I just saw this IRCC and i am in dire need of help please.

2. Recent graduate without any work experience?

3. Low remuneration?

This questions will clarify your issue you can also read my previous post on Employment grounds. The purpose of visit is probably because you had an incoherent study plan, vague SOP, a program that doesn't justify the expense and a program that isn't related to your work experience or qualifications.

Secondly, i read Business Administration with a 3.3 CGPA for my under graduate program, then i applied for a post graduate program in International Business..
Are both programs not related?

1) I submitted my application with my present employment letter.
2) Even though i recently passed out of Youth service program, i have been gainfully employed since 2017 with a monthly salary of 90k.
3) And i have about 1.3m in my personal account and over 10m in my sponsors account as at when i did my visa application.
My reason for applying was for my post graduate studies which i gained admission for into one of their tertiary institution of which i made a payment for half the amount requested for my tuition fee...
So, i really don't get their reasons for refusal anyways.

I just got this response now via my agent and i am just so heart broken right now.. Please house what step should i take next? Cuz the reasons given here on the refusal letter are just so baseless and it dents our image as Nigerians..
