EXECUTIVE CHEF

Applicants for this position should possess a minimum of HND/BSc in Catering Operations/Food and Nutrition, with at least 5-10 years experience in the Industry. However, those without academic qualification, who can show proof of 5-10 years satisfactory knowledge and work experience will be considered.


ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT (Accountant, Account Officer, Storekeeper, Cost Controller & Cashier)

To handle a variety of accounting duties/functions – Cost Control, Cashier Duties, Stock Control and other Accounting Records, including ICT support function.
These positions require a minimum of HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, Computer Studies (ICT), and 5 – 10 years work experience.

ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY/ICT OFFICER
To handle secretarial duties/functions, digital operations/ICT support functions.
Applicants should possess a minimum of HND/BSc in Secretarial Studies, Computer Science & Library Science, with at least 5-10 years work experience and above.

COOKS, BAKERS & CAKE DECORATORS

Applicants should possess a minimum of HND/BSc in Catering Operations/Food and Nutrition, with at least 5 years experience in the Industry. However, those without academic qualification, who can show proof of 5-10 years work experience in the position will be considered.

WAITERS/WAITRESSES

HND/BSc in any of the following fields - Social Sciences, Humanities, Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years work experience in the industry. A good command of spoken English and impressive personal appearance are very important.

CLEANERS, BUTCHER, DRIVERS AND SECURITY MEN
Cleaners, butchers and security men must possess a minimum of SSCE/WAEC with at least 5 years work experience, while drivers must possess at least 5 years driving experience within the location they are applying for with a valid driver’s licence.

NOTE:
All applicants MUST be between 20-50 years of age with some experience/involvement in the hospitality industry.

Kindly help out, my book is very expensive when compare to other books in the same category. What can I do to reduce the price... Note, Amazon set a minimum price and that's why I'm unable to reduce it.

The book is under children's category, it's in large print format and had many coloured pictures. Is it why the book is expensive? Beside, there are other books in that same category with coloured images but not very expensive as mine. Any info guys
