Thank God ASUU strike is over.Some level of sanity can be restored on Nairaland.The hype about 1st to comment and space booked incase the topic makes front page,sauce crew,team yinmu and endtime crew will fizzle out hopefully.But,Nairaland and other online forums really got great traffics during the prolonged ASUU strike.Threads about tonto dike and skelewu caused great traffic on this forum.
The Anambra election saga,Go and Die Widow, Odua gate,Jona's Ogogoro Over Dose etc were hot topics that hit platinum traffic on Nairaland.It literally means more cash for Nairaland ceo.The strike also produced more attack eWarriors for APC AND PDP.maybe thats why the strike lasted for 5months

My cousin collects 5h everyday from me to buy recharge card and maintain his swag according to him,hmmm smh.The guy is always busy with my laptop logged on to nairaland Sexuality,sports& politics sections.The morning session is for nairaland and linder Ekeji while the afternoon and evening is for Akin Alabi's Nairabet.playing accumulated games(betting online).he has invested so much on nairabet.he is always on phone with his pals who claims to be a nairabet pro.

well its all fun am happy for him that he didnt take into drugs or thuggery.He had the internet blogs to keep him busy.Nb:He reads his books at night .He is a law student.Am just happy for him and other undergraduates that the strike is over.i can save my 5h,he has gone back to his parents home. Now reduce your Nairabet gambling and Tonto dike stories.Wish all Nigerian students success as they go back to school

I dont no why some security guards in some churches are looking haggard and unkempt.I have experienced this in a good number churches .i have a friend,who happens to be a priest and also a principal of a catholic school in warri.the security guards always harass me for money and when i give them money ,they will still beg again in my next visit.I asked one the guards if they dont pay them.he said the salary is not never enough.I also experience a similar manner of begging in another church in Benin city.I told the guard to help me deliver a mail to the priest.He promised to deliver the mail.He begged me to assist him with money to buy food.
sometimes i give them money.I feel that it ought not to be so because a person working in the house of God should be showed endless love and care.Security guards are the first mirror of the church.anyone with similar experience in the house?

If it is a face me i face u apartment,the landlord is king n kong.if d owner of your apartment is a ferocious cultist or ritualist.bros if he throws u out of your apartment,thank your stars o cos u might endanger ur family.run run r0n

It all depends on the kind of agreement btw the landlord n tenant.recently,lagos landlords compel new tenants to sign obnoxious agreetment forms.read well b4 signing it or ask a lawyer if u dont understand a particular statement.i bet many people will not read b4 signing.cos house hard to find for lasgidi.

I sold two properties within one month worth 18m to a client i met online.d guy is based in holland but his sister resides in Benin.i made good cash from both deals.his sister started inflating the figures of other properties.my client wasnt okay with d price.he didnt buy again and i didnt report his sister to him. now,the guy knows his sister is greedy.he cald me last week to look for a twin bungalow for him and he warned me not to tell his sister until we conclude with the landlord.real estate has helped me to start my haulage biz in d south south.real estate will give you the opportunity of meeting top clients and biz mogul.wen you see a young man btw the age of 28-34yrs buying properties worth 40m 60m.there is money in this naija o.al d dangotes and co will still sell their assets in future,ask kola abiola .real estate is a circle a man buys a land 2day many years later his son,wife grandson will sell:-)

I have sold few lands and lots of properties.the real estate is a game of patience.sometimes it takes years for a property to be sold.sometimes its very easy.within 2-3months you can sell 2properties.as a real estate agent u hav 2b prayerful cos sometimes u get involved in a problematic land or house.its always good to have lawyers as your friend.beware of dubious co agent.they might bypass you and close your deal.some client are also smart,they might bypass you after showing them a land /house.when you sell a property make good use of your commission/percentage cos u never can tell how long you will stay without any deal.4 d buyers always insist on meeting the owner and involve a lawyer in your deals.as for me real estate is a life time investment and profession.agents dont be greedy in your deals and keep a good name.cheers
