How about two or three pages before this? Your passport photo and this attachment here look out of place, the GCMS Note is more like a report or documentation of your details, with lots of abbreviations here and there. Please check if there's any other file in the mail you received from gcmsnow team

I have checked and rechecked. I'm thinking of sending a mail to the gcmsnow team detailing what I requested for and what I received.

How did you request for the GCMS Notes? What can you see on the last two pages of the file?

I logged on to gcmsnow.com, entered my UCI number and email as requested. I also paid the appropriate fee. A form was sent to my mail to be filled and scanned to info@gcmsnow.com and after waiting for almost 30 days they replied today with the case file. The only document on the 28th page is what I attached below and the last page is my passport photograph.

Hello people, I have come again. Please I am not understanding this gcms thing again. I ordered for my gcms notes and they sent me my case file as in everything I submitted in my application including my biometics and the refusal letter but I didn't see the real reason I was refused as indicated here. Just the first insufficient fund box was ticked and there was no further note or explanation as to why/how the VO arrived at such decision. What can I do please?

@wealth360, applied early and got it approved. Although @maralina approved early too and got it at the last minute.

Hello house, I am a silent but religious follower of this thread and I have gotten some useful advice from this forum in the past. Thanks to @AustinPee. I applied with my son in May and we were refused in July based on insufficient funds. Only the first box of insufficient funds was ticked. I immediately deferred my admission to Sept 2018 as my choice of school doesn't defer till January 2018 for international students. I have however ordered for GCMS notes but my question is this: I hope waiting to reapply next year around May or June won't be too late and wouldn't make the VO see me as not taking the masters programme seriously. Thank you all.

Since you submitted already, just relax. If the police report is needed, be rest assured IRCC will request it from you. Your application will not be refused because you didnt include it.

Good morning guys! I am new here and I've been following this thread anonymously and it's been helpful. I have a question please. I submitted my application for a study permit few weeks ago and I'm worried about this police certificate issue. I lived and worked in Qatar for up to 9 months between 2014 and 2015. Do you think I will be asked to submit a police certificate from Qatar. Although I can make effort to request for the certificate but I still want to confirm from those who have experienced this before so I know whether to go ahead with the request or not before IRCC sends a mail requesting for it.
