Thank God for my life .
I used to struggle with masturbation in my teens
I was so glad God sent my brother my way to help me out of that struggle cause most times when I found my self doing it I had so much regret and each time I tried to handle the situation myself it ended up in even worse state. This made me struggle with my relationship with God and other activities in my life
And then, one day I opened up to somebody I could trust which happened to be my brother and pastor
Even though the urge to masturbate reduced some bit
I was Taught how to overcome such lust even after I went through deliverance
I was once a masturbator
But now a *noble man*�

It doesn't mean I don't go through such temptations anymore but I discipline myself with the help of the holy spirit and the help of noble men and by God's grace in avoiding certain things that could trigger such moments.
And guess what?
