The CJ still working. The RISEIC Chairman and remaining commisioner still working. Wike has no power to do anyhow when administrator is here. No more weekly Thanksgiving for wike. Who is winning now? |
Appletek:Learn how to read..the state of Emergency is for 6 months, no general election within that period except the LGA election proposed for August. |
jiz:It's another fatter blow to wike.... All his 27 errand boys are gone too. Fubara Commissioners still working. |

franvincoop:Dont mind those children in this platform. IGR is been generated in Rivers State, Money goes to Internal account not CBN. |
IGR is being generated by different arm of Executive Goverment, Due from private sectors, and others. Shooting down or freezing account of a state is like shooting down entire state from operating. Rivers State is still working, accounts not frozen as only FAAC is affected. State only need budget presentation for FAAC disbursement not IGR. Goverment still generate IGR daily Children in this platform should stop imagine what is not happening. Until we are in war situation, such will never happened. |
Cherrybae:Yea, but please start now because the exercise will take not less than two years. 🤣 Step-by-step process for impeaching a state governor in Nigeria: Step 1: A written allegation of gross misconduct against the governor must be signed by at least one-third of the members of the State House of Assembly and presented to the Speaker of the State House of Assembly. Step 2: Within seven days, the Speaker of the House of Assembly is expected to serve the state governor with a copy of the notice of allegation. Step 3: The governor has a right to reply to the allegation levelled against him. The state lawmakers must be served each with the response from the governor. Step 4: Within 14 days of the presentation of the notice to the Speaker of the House, they shall resolve by motion without any debate whether or not the allegation shall be investigated. The motion must be passed by at least a two-thirds majority of all members of the State House of Assembly. Step 5: If the motion fails to get two-thirds, the process shall be halted. If the required votes is met, then the Speaker shall within 7 days of the passing of the motion, request the Chief Judge of the State to appoint a Panel to investigate the allegations. Members of the panel should not have a political affiliation Step 6: Within three months, The panel is expected to report its findings to the State House of Assembly. During the proceedings of the Panel, the Governor shall have a right to defend himself or have the right to be defended by a legal practitioner. Step 7: Where the allegations of gross misconduct against the governor can not be proven, the impeachment proceedings shall end right there. If the allegations can be substantiated, the House of Assembly shall consider the report and a resolution for adoption of the report shall be moved. Step 8: At least two-thirds of members of the House of Assembly must vote in support of the resolution to be adopted and the governor shall be impeached while his motion to swear in his deputy shall be moved immediately and adopted. - Journalist KC |
Then you rig him in so as to be your third term agenda and now you're crying every weekend 🤣🤣 By the time Fubara got back from the Stadium where his inauguration held, many appointments had already been made for him Already appointed where his Kitchen & other domestic Staff, driver & other personal Staff up to his Chief Security Officer His Stomach and Life having been firmly secured within their hold, they moved to other areas A Camp Commandant was also appointed alongside full security contingent already kept for him (most of whom weren't familiar with his) The chain had further been fastened Then they to the level of Government, several other appointments had also been made A Cousin of his predecessor(Wike) was already appointed as his Chief of Staff (the first to see him in the morning and last to see him at night) If you think that's all, then you're wrong Then the Commissioners He had no say in how most of them emerged Of course, many served in the previous administration and had their localities elsewhere I don't know of any Governor who wouldn't be choked by such level of chaining It's not like it's the first time someone would be helping another become Governor Even the chainer himself had been helped Interestingly, those who helped the chainer allowed him freedom of decision But the chainer being whom he is, built firmly walled Chain around the helped Let me make it clear Another Cousin of the helper was made Speaker of the Assembly he would work with Then at the Party level, two relatives of the Helper were made Chairmen of the two dominant Parties existing in the State The helper's plan was clear He was to just answer a Governor with the control of his own Government elsewhere Again, I don't know which of us would accept this situation Then the helper's Boys had no respect for him They called him small Boy, Mugu & sundry names It was the norm to disrespect him This Governor was in chains and ought to enjoy it But he dared for his freedom Today, whatever the situation, the point has been established that he can't be pushed the way they thought It's still a Work-in-Progress.... ~~ Ikenda Clinton Elechi |

Julius1995:Don't mind that guy. Blind followership has overshadowed him and he his not understanding that its same APC/Tinubu stylishly using Babajide Otitodu to spill the beans so as to stop Wike from future media chat. Wike is not important than other ministers, he his not the president |
I was commenting same issue this morning that how will a minister be having media chart monthly and president is there ? Babajide Otitoju exposing this is because Tinubu allow him to do so and the implications is that no more media chart for Wike. You can't be more outspoken, important or popular than the President. |
