Yes, i have called up the secretary a coulple of times. She still asks me to be patient, promising ill be notified shortly.

As for supervisor, i was able to get a supervisor who asked me to reference him in my application. Or what could this reaponse mean? 'Thank you very much. You may reference you application to work with me in your programme'.
That was the reply i got from the supervisor i mailed.
