We say we have law, but the principle guilding it had been long deleted. So IBB cannot be in jail just because he has thev laws on his palms and he also has eraser to earse it at any time.

I opened an account with the then "Standard Trust" now "UBA", at Ado-Ekiti branch. I wanted to collect my ATM from their Adeola Odeku branch in Lagos State. To be sincere, the ATM was given to me but it wasn't working. I later returned it to the same branch where it was collected and I was told that they were having problem with all their ATM cards. My question is, can't I get ATM card from UBA in Lagos despite the fact that I opened the account in another state?
