Please can we have a breakdown of average cost of work

Thanks for the enquiry, average cost on electrical and plumbing will depend on the physical site inspection or the design drawing. If you have the drawing we will work something out for you sir.
The stages we have is stated below

Electrical
1st stage is Piping(conduiting)
2nd stage is drawn-in of cables
3rd stage is fixing of accessories and lighting fittings
4th stage is testing and commissioning

PLUMBING
1st stage is fixing of waste pipe
2nd stage is running of water supply pipe
3rd stage is pressure test(to know if there is a leakage)
4th stage is fixing of sanitary wares
5th stage is testing and commissioning
