Shebi it was the President that built the Reserve from $3 billion that Mr Buhari left to the $24 billion we have now. They say 'na who $24 billion help'. Then the President use the money to import everything they say they want cheaper. Send most of the $24 billion to China, let them send us women's hair and everything else cheap cheap.
