Fanatically the week end has been very dope as Manchester United welcome Paul Pogba and walk over Southampton with a 2:0 victory, that score- line made my TGIF, thank to Ibrahimovic who score the two goals.


On Saturday was very busy and exciting as the dream team beat Honduras on a well deserve victory, Nigerian dream team crush the Honduras national team 3:2 taking bronze on their 3rd place victory at Rio 2016.

The final Match was also played as Brazil beat the German machine on a penalty shootout after a 1:1 draw on normal time. Making Brazil the host country the champions of Men football in the competition.

Coming back to the premier league, Manchester City had a landslide victory over Stoke city, the scores was 4:1, which was expected as Liverpool was beaten by Burnley 2:0, and other score-line are as follow Swansea 0:2 Hull City, Tottenham Hotspur 1:0 Crystal Palace, West Bromwich 1:2 Everton, and the battle between Watford and Chelsea was tough as the blues are still struggling with their form and they manage to scale through Watford with a 1:2 victory, thanks to M.Batshuayi and D. costa who redeemed the blues at the 80 and 87 minutes. And the final match of the day was between Leicester city and Arsenal which ended 0:0 very unfortunate for both side as much was expected from both side.

Sunderland versus Middlesbrough and West Ham United versus AFC Bournemouth is expected to take place on Sunday 21-2016.

A medical doctor and two persons have died of Lassa fever in Anambra State, the director of Public Health, Anambra Ministry of Health, Emmanuel Okafor, said on Thursday.

The director confirmed the report at a one-day workshop on Lassa fever organised by the ministry to sensitize health professionals in the state on the disease in Awka.

He however said the outbreak was not yet at an epidemic proportion in the state. Mr Okafor said the workshop was aimed at training the health professionals who would go to the grassroots to educate the people on the prevention of the disease.

“In Anambra, we don’t know the number of cases of the disease but we have three confirmed deaths,’’ he said. He urged health workers to exercise high standard of professionalism in handling Lassa fever cases.

Mr. Okafor said the state government had put in place measures to handle the scourge. Speaking earlier, Jane Ezeonu, a resource person at the workshop, said that the medical doctor died three days ago at the Nnamdi Azikiwe General Hospital (NAUTH), Nnewi.

Who wants to be sick? At the very least, an illness is an inconvenience and an expense. Well has it been said that ‘’prevention is better than cure.’’ Some illness cannot be avoided. Still there is much you can do to slow down or even prevent the onset of illness. Consider these things that you can do today to get on the road to better health.

PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE

One of the best ways to avoid getting sick and spreading illness’’ is to wash your hands. One of the easiest ways to catch a cold or influenza is to rub your nose or eyes when your hands have been contaminated by germs. Your best defense against such contamination is to wash your hands regularly.

Good hygiene can also prevent the spread of more serious condition, such as pneumonia and diarrhea diseases, which every year cause the death of over two million children under the age of five. Even the spread of deadly diseases like Lasa fever, Ebola can be minimized by simple habit of washing hands.

There are certain times when hand washing is particularly important to protect your own health and that of others.

You should wash your hands:

After using the toilet
After changing diapers or helping a child to use the toilet
Before and after treating a wound or a cut
Before and after being with some one that is sick
Before preparing, serving, or eating food
After sneezing, coughing, or blowing your nose
After touching an animal or animal waste
After handling garbage


And do not take it for granted that you are cleaning your hands properly. Studies have shown that a large percentage of those who use public toilets do not wash their hands afterward or do not wash them correctly.

How should you wash your hands?
Wet your hands in clean running water and apply soap.
Rub your hands together to make a lather, not forgetting to clean your nails, your thumbs, the back of your hands, and between your fingers.
Keep rubbing for at least 20 seconds.
Rinse in clean running water.
Dry with a clean cloth or a paper towel.



Such measure are simple but can avert illness and save lives.

It was a very interesting and funtastic weekend as the English premier league return with a bang. The EPL champion Leicester city was beaten by the newly promoted side Hull city 2:1, it was disappointing losing the community shield and also the opening match of the season.

The weekend was also packed with so much fun to continue with as Burnley was beaten by Swansea city 0:1 and other matches as follow Crystal Palace 0:1 West Bromwich, Everton 1:1 Tottenham Hotspur, Middlesbrough 1:1 Stoke city, Southampton 1:1 Watford, and Manchester City Manage to beat Sunderland 2:1 as Aguero was on the score sheet.

As the drama continue the most decorated English team Manchester United thrash Bournemouth 3:1 as Mata, Rooney and Ibrahimovic scored while Smith pull one back for the host team and Arsenal hosted Liverpool as they lost 3:4, the match between Arsenal and Liverpool was a cracker as Walcott missed a penalty, scored the opening goal, Coutinho scored twice, Mane and Lallana were also on the score sheet making it 4:1 but Oxlade and Chamber scored 2 goals more but could not equalize.

Chelsea versus West ham United is schedule to feature on Monday evening as the EPL drama continued.


Nigeria also beat Denmark 2:0 on the quarter finals as J.O Mikel scored the opening goal at the Olympic men football match and they will be meeting Germany on the semi finals, Germany thrash Portugal 4:0.

I think a survey on one self is very necessary to ascertain if one is moving toward the right direction in life.
Very recently i decided to check myself to know if i am being successful or failing in my dreamz and i found out that ''failure is a walk way to success'' which most of us fail to understand.

Nobody was born being a successful business man or woman, it is something that is work for, you earn it, you don’t just sit down doing noting and become successful.

I recently observe that a lot of business men and women move with the crowd, because one business is booming every one jump into it, why don’t you find your area of passion and specialized in it and also become the best in that your field.

Personally I see failure as part of success, you can never be a failure until you finally see yourself as one. The pursuit of success does not end in life but satisfaction come from within, so don’t give up until you are satisfied.

A lot of people just give up because they lack that strong desire to succeed and also the will power to strive for success. I believe you can only be successful when you learn from your fail attempt in life.



Pick up your pen and paper and list the things you have failed at and you will naturally get to know the causes of your failure so you can adjust, also write down a list of successes made and compare with that of failure, to know if you are on the path of being satisfied.
