Job Requirements:

The candidate should possess minimum of B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management, industrial relations, Business Administration, psychology or relevant social sciences discipline.

The candidate should possess minimum of 6 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR supervisory or leadership role.

The candidate must be able to perform core HR functions - Recruitment, payroll computation, overtime computation, performance management, Training, employee relations and several other HR Generalist task end to end.

The candidate must have sound knowledge of the Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.

The candidate must be an adept user of HRIS, Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, outlook, power point, etc.

The candidate must be able to give HR reports as at when due.
