Please what if I subscribe within the 3 days grace period to another plan different from the one I used? E.g after the 1k plan for 3g, I now within 3 days subscribe for 2k plan, will I still get 7g? Or is the grace only in relation to the last plan u had before this new one arrived?

Hi, what's happening so far? Should we still be expecting a success feedback, or at this point the people who haven't gotten any text should just move on?

Please this question is for knowledge sake and it is directed to boss tenderlaw pijay or any other officer already in service.
I've been to all the armed forces base, and I noticed that out of all, it is only the navy who wears Camo the less. They always prefer the purple outfit. What is the reason? Is it not in total circulation? The air force wears Camo even from the gate and when on convoy, army own na sure thing, but navy na this purple shaa! I have always noticed I just decided to ask today.
Thanks

Please note that Oga tenderlaw is an officer, he is only here to help us, as he did last year. So let's just take things the way he says it. The modification is only meant to tell you that as it stands now exams is on 17th but a counter order or information may be issued, thats military: nothing is certain till it takes place.
Please let's don't make joke of his assistance.
Thankyou for pointing that out. Some don't even know.

EleojoA:
My experience with the 2015 commonwealth application

I completed my application and attended the commonwealth scholarship nomination interview (as required) at the FSB sometime in December 2015. I later received the unfortunate news of my failure at the nomination interview; however, I got another foreign sponsorship for thesame programme, so I'm now happily studying at my choice university (and programme) in the UK.

Recently, I met a second time (i.e. PhD) commonwealth scholarship beneficiary, who hesitantly hinted me about some of the backyard/underground runs that happens with the nomination by the FSB, Abuja. In fact, I am not sure that the fellow I spoke with attended that 2015 commonwealth scholarship FSB nomination interview, yet he was nominated and eventually awarded the scholarship for the second time. Though he is very qualified for the scholarship, I gathered that he also has some strong connections in government that influences his initial nominations by the FSB.

The big issue is that in Nigeria, there are far many overqualified/over-competent candidates than can be accommodated by the commonwealth scholarship scheme, so in addition to being overly qualified for the scholarship, you also need to have some connections or do some lobbying to get nominated in the first place. Only after your successful nomination can you be considered by the international CSC for the award. Though I do not encourage this, one way is to lobby the FSB bosses maybe by promising them handsome returns from the scholarship monthly stipends if they successfully ensure your nomination for the scholarship.

What I am trying to say in essence is that in Nigeria, being overly qualified and meeting all the requirements for the Commonwealth Scholarship award does not guarantee that you will be successful at the nomination stage. You have to do something extra in order to be successfully nominated. It is now up to you to figure out how to go about that.

This should in no way discourage (potential) applicants anyway, as miracles do happen and sometimes there are exceptions to every trend. It is just that in this case, the odds are already against whoever cannot influence his/her FSB nomination either physically or spiritually (i.e. prayerfully).

Best wishes with all your commonwealth scholarship applications
Pls what is the interview procedure like? Is it written or oral

Only God knows where we are headed in this country when we can't even get things like this correctly. Just to maintain a registration portal is causing a big problem for government. This kind of crazy portal can even shortlist people who did not even apply

Please house, when you notice any mistake, can someone edit his/her data when you have already submitted and printed out de seven pages out?

Or does editing, submitting, and printing out for the second time amount to DOUBLE registration, which they warned against?

Please urgent and honest answer is required ASAP. Thanks
Nah it does not amount to a double registration, you can correct and reprint as many times as required of you. You would realize that no matter how many times you reprint, your application number is still the same, your registration is just one and it is synced with your portal. Opening a different portal to register when you already have an active one would be a different case, because as soon as you are done, you would get another application number. I hope you get the difference. Peace

Hi friends, i am sorry for late updates,i was opportuned to stay at NDA old site till the selection board interview. My experiences are unforgeteable. Eveyday came with uncertainties especially if any result is to be announced.Right from the credentials screening, some states have lost almost half of them, the examination also led to the withdrawal of some candidates also but the highest exercise that affected many states was that of medicals......even after the medical review that took many days.......a good number of candidates were asked to go. I wasnt close enough to other candidates but some of the cases that led to withdrawal include: flat foot, high/low BMI, high or low blood pressure, tattoo, bad set of teeths, visual issues, any case of scar or operation, any trace of drug in your urine or blood, hepatitis,HIV AND Psychological cases. The experience is enjoyable and also painful, the pain of sitting on tarred parade ground from morning to night except when asked to go to the mess or during other exercises is so much especially on sunny days. Some states were just left with 3, some 4 and 5 candidates while some were left with 12.14 15 and candidates after the medicals. Nobody was evicted after the 3.2km race but those who couldnt make either the 1st,2nd or 3rd cage were told that they had zero in race and had the choice of either going or staying. All the cages had their marks.I left NDA very early in the morning having faced the selection board interview around 7pm the previous day.All we need here is your prayers, joining the armed forces is not a do-or-die affair,if i get it i will thank God,if i dont i will still thank God because he knows the best.Bye for now.
Thanks, appreciate... Anyone reporting from Jigawa regarding "Dssc"

You will get your green card and call up letter in school.
The payment is not compulsory.
Why worry when you choose not to pay maybe because you live close to your school or otherwise.

We that paid and got our call-up number immediately, paid for that anxiety and stress.
Wait till 21st October.

Thanks so much... Appreciate
