Hello house, so we just did upfront medicals( me and my family), we were given 3 eforms. Please do I raise different webforms for the 3 of us and upload the e medical form for each person OR I should combine all the eforms into a single pdf and raise just a web form for me the primary applicant and attached the merged medical form for all of us.
