My agent messaged me and told me my visa is ready and will be delivered by the delivery service, but I haven’t gotten any Email yet.. who else can relate??

Probably your agent made use of his own mail for you.

Yeah me too I submitted 17th dec
But I complained to my agent that I haven’t gotten an email yet.. she said it take 2 - 3 weeks (I.e working days except public holidays)

It should come at the 14th day or above...
