$70 or less a week would be quite difficult to find. $150-$180 is about right although you may find something cheaper if you look keenly.

Glad you are having a good time. It is a big move so there will definitely be some teething issues, but you will overcome; everybody does. If you need help getting around, or need help with the house hunt, hit me up. Will see how I can help.

I am...It is beautiful in Perth! It's very clean and green and the people are nice. It still has a small town feel to it in some ways so you'd find that the shops still close at 5pm on the weekends and you might not find some of the big brand names you'd find over east. But regardless of that, it is a good place to start your Australian journey and I reckon you'd do just fine with your major.
