Justwise, I just called one of the Sheffield staff, and he told me it is S3 8NH, They told me to collect it from where I sent it to and resend it to them. Please have you gone through this process before to be sure that it is S3 8WA? Thanks so much Justwise, do appreciate...I was thinking it was Vulcan house because the adviser I spoke to at the Embassy was saying Vulcan house...thanks justwise: |
Hello house, Please I need an advise. I sent my documents to Sheffield, that's after the form and TB, have been taken in Nigeria. I sent it to S3 8WA, but so far I have been receiving mails on this thread that docs are sent to Vulcan house S3 8NU, which is just 11mins walk from each other. I would like to clarify which is right btw S3 8WA and S3 8NU. Secondly, I sent the documents on the 26th September, which was on Saturday, and was received on Monday and signed by a guy called Mckenzie (thats after I tracked it with the royal mail I used to send the document - Special delivery service), I was just wondering that since I posted it to S3 8WA, I have not received any email to let me know that it's been received (except for royal mail tracking). I would just want to now how long it takes to receive an email that it's been received, or will I not receive any email until a decision have been made? In a nutshell 1. I want to know the right postcode if it is S3 8WA (Where I sent it to), or Vulcan House S3 8NU 2. I want to know when I should be able to receive an email. I am panicking cos I dunno if they were able to receive it in the first place. Please I would appreciate lots of responses in regards to this issue. God bless in advance Hoping to hear from you soon. Hi Justwise, Oh Ok thanks so much, do appreciate your time and effort. Yes my partner has submitted the TB, Passport, Application form and financial req form in Lagos. Wondering if it's the right address. Secondly, I submitted on Saturday 26th Sept, they received on Monday 28th, and when I tracked the royal mail, it says it's been signed by a dude called Mckenzie. I was wondering why I have not received an email yet to say that they have received my documents. Is that meant to be or it's something I need to worry about? I am really worried and I don't know, and my partner told me that they told him in Nigeria, that I need to receive the feedback within 2wks, and it's gonna be 2weeks next week. Just curious Also, I called one of the adviser and he told me it's meant to be Vulcan house, that is the reason why I am worried. Can you please tell me the difference between the two address? justwise: |
Thanks just wise, please do you know how long the processing takes? I submitted my docs to sheffield on sat 26, and they received it on mon 28th cos I tracked it via royal mail. But I have not received the email to say that my documents have been received from the UKBA. Just worried Toyin Its the same address you have but remember that you need to submit the completed form and TB result first at visa center in Nigeria and ask them things you need to be sending to Sheffield because your sponsor will be sending the main documents to Sheffield from the UK.
The reason I was entertaining doubt was because I saw another address online called Vulcan House, thats why Also, I submitted on Saturday 26th Sept, they received on Monday 28th, and when I tracked the royal mail, it says it's been signed by a dude called Mckenzie. Just curious Hoping to hear from you soon The address is correct, why are you entertaining doubts about it

Thanks so much. Please do you know the address I'm meant to send the documents to in Sheffield? Also do you have their contact number? Hoping to hear from you soon 1. 6 months payslip will do. 2. For spouse visa application the money comes from you as his sponsor, his earnings will not be needed, you need to proof that you are earning £18600 a year. 3. You submit not only phone call history but whatsapp, Facebook, Skype , emails...all means of communication both of you have ever used. 4. No need for a lawyer but if you have money to throw around then feel free to get one. 5. British passport 6. Your list of documents are good but yellow fever and letter of invitation are not needed, you need to add more pictures...wedding pics, pictures of both of you together before marriage, if you have ever sent him money or gift add the evidence.

@ All Hello, Please I am trying to sponsor my husband to the UK, just need to confirm what I need to gather 1. I was told that I need a 12 months payslip, is this true? 2. If my husband has got a business in Nigeria which he barely started 6 months ago, does he need to provide a tax clearance or I should not get it complicated by putting on the letter that he's got a business? He doesn't pay any tax, so I was wondering if I should risk it by putting on the letter that he's got a business, cos I don't want the situation that the people will be asking that since he's not working or something, he's being refused entry 3. Regarding the phone calls, I called lebara to try and get like around a year call history, when I went online, I was only able to print out 2months, is that sufficient or how can I print out a year call history? 4. Do you suggest I involve a lawyer to help me with the application? 5. What copy of passport do I need to provide, British or nigerian? 6. Lastly, the documents I have at the moment are, English test, Yellow fever and tuberculosis test (for my husband), but for me I have marriage cert, bank statement of 6 months, payslip of 6 months, letter of invitation, Passport photograph, wedding pictures and old days pictures, proof of address, proof of employment, tenancy agreement, council tax info Is there any other information I need? Please guys I need a honest suggestion and advise. Do feel free to ask me any question. Thanks in advance Toyin |
