Pensions Alliance Limited also known as PAL pensions with its head office in Marina has just sacked a total of 40 staff who have served the company assiduously.
The bespectacled MD, Mr. Dave Uduanu has been in the habit of sacking staff on an annual basis without any empathy or flinch.
Information gathered has it that the most affected staff are of the South Western extraction and they will be replaced by Mostly Eastern staff as that has been the trend.
One of the staff who he recently fired is said have just come back from India, where she went to make a kidney donation.The lady is of the South Western extraction and she happens to also be one of the pioneer staff like the rest of the pack.
The staff who are mainly bread winners are in shock and unhappy with this development.
Mr. Dave, who is referred to as very arrogant and callous by his staff is currently in Abuja and we will like him to come out to explain why he has chosen this line of action in an organization that is doing relatively well.
It is also in good authority that Dave does not espouse the Federal Character as enshrined in the Nigerian Constitution.


To come and explain? You serious? Drag the bastards to court. That's all..... Let those bread winners retire off on the dreamer.

People take issues like this for granted that's y employers keep misbehaving cos no one is suing!
Issues like this won't even take time before the industrial court will reach a decision

People who have served an organization for years are going to be paid ONE WEEK SALARY has finals entitlement for 9years, 8years 5years.......of service and you called it nonsense!!!!!!!! Am still a youngman @ 26 maybe there will be some sort of reform before i quit working under a firm so i can get my money witthout much hustle when i click the stipulated age.

1) Check with your HR your money may not be going to ARM or ur HR is not using your correct RSA PIN
2) Are you sure your employer is paying your Pension to ARM

Letter of Administration- yes 10% of the estate will be taken so (if you are smart dont declare everything he has, may be just one of his bank statement with low balance ) ) If you are not the only beneficiary everyone involve will sign or write a consent letter on the bank account that the will be paid into.

Sugardiva: Very funny post. I agree that boiling the tomato paste kills all the nutrients but at the same time using it in its raw state makes the stew taste sour. So here is what I do;

I blend the tomatoes n peppers without adding water to a rough paste. Then I pour the paste into a colander to sit for maybe 15 mins. All the water drains out leaving just the tomato paste. Then I proceed to fry my stew. That way not much harm is done to the tomato nutrients.

This is how I prepare my stew too. I ground, drain and I dont cook for long

Please beware of Laja block machine

There is one Mr Adelaja along Iyana Ipaja. He builds this local ice block machine for me. The machine is suppose to produce 120 blocks in 15hours for 380K. (But instead it takes three days) Since last year it has not produce 100 blocks successful. He sent his boys like twice to come and work on it and since then he refuse to come fix the machine. Even with 6 months guarantee he gave me.

In the process of looking for someone to fix the machine I met one of his victim (an elderly woman) who lives around Ikosi Ketu. The woman is also lamenting and cursing Laja. This is his business line 08028338283 beware. He has a very sweet mouth o.

I wasted about 40k to fix this machine but its not working.

If you want to do this business try to use imported machine
