Let’s all be calm. I don’t think picking candidates on the premise of first come basis is logical especially for a company looking for talent pools. I may not know how workforce do their thing

but if a selection process is not random, biases comes in and it can affect selection choices.

I and some persons applied for the Tech academy none have a gotten a feedback and they wrote on the first day.

I still think people who wrote on the second day if you did exceptionally well will be contacted.

Was thinking about what someone said abiutitd a strategy to screen out people of which if it's their motive it doesn't make sense..
I believe we'll be fine.. nobody knows the exact strategy they use for their recruitment
