No, what i mean is that you can decide to use less number of bags of cement. Like in this case, you can change to 180 bags instead but what i gave you is the standard calculation.

Yes, gravel is an option with less sand cos it contains sand already. The cement option is by choice but the calculation I gave is for a standard casting that will last.
