I drove for over 4 hours there was no sign of overheating. If I put on the AC and drive for just 20mins the overheating starts. I've accepted my fate I think I'll have to do without the AC for now.

Meanwhile, I just noticed that the starring is getting free. The mechanic I was referred to said there's nothing wrong it's only air and the starring problem would vanish in some days.

So far, my problem is the overheating. Everyone seems to love the car so selling is not an option.

I'd advise you to change the radiator to double cell and also the double the fan...its not getting enough air to suck through the radiator and besides,the radiator might be too weak to work with the AC hence,the reason why it overheats whenever the AC is used
