I moved into an apartment last year February and since then, I have never used Lawma. The last time they came to give us a bill was December last year and the lady told me it wasn't compulsory to pay if we are not using their service. Fast forward to last night, 23/8/24 a bill was brought to the compound I live in (none of us uses Lawma by the way) and in that bill, we saw that the whole compound are in a huge debt of almost 80k, now they are telling us that wether we use their services or not, we must pay, please is that how it is done? Because I am genuinely confused, someone please give me an answer, thank you.
