Please report him to his superiors.
My problem now is that his branch was burnt during the end sars protest but their head office is working and he invited me there to sign the documents on two occasions.

What is the name of the bank? What are the terms of the loan as stated in the offer letter?
First bank.
2 percent interest every month as long as I leave
one 6th of the total money withdrawn in the account every 25th of the month.i was given a visa card with the money in it and I never defaulted for once and they even debited me 5k for insurance which I did not ask to be returned.the one million has been in the account untouched since mid sept.i even added about 2k ontop for them.
I only signed the documents which he kept.i don't have any with me.

You pledged the face value of the 4.5m Tbill to the bank when you took the loan. It cannot reflect in your account na until you have repaid the entire loan with interests and all fees. Go and read the loan documents again. I hope you signed one sha.

The guy was probably begging you because of his KPIs. Guy man dey try meet targets. It’s not easy for those guys.
I have paid back the loan since mid September with interest and even extra 2k ontop.
He was the one that told me it will take less than a week for my money to reflect and told me he would like me to be using the loan without tbills collataral, that he will vouch for me but I declined that my money will be enough for me.

You need to expose him. Go to the banks Twitter page and post on their wall so everyone can see it. Also, quote CBN.

I think the guy has invested your money elsewhere, using your money to make profit. He's supposed to pay back with interest.
Are you serious? and he is actually my account officer.pls what's first bank's Twitter handle biko and he has done this to me before in June when 7 years sukuk bond was on.i got the info here and contacted him.i approached him and invested 800k,he gave me forms to fill but I dint get any notification in my email until after 3 months and my 800k reflected back into my account without any interest.i questioned him and he said he will mail head office and find out, till today, nothing.
I called him today and he kept saying pls madam,it's my wife,I am having serious marital issues and it has been distracting me pls give me till evening to get back to you bla bla bla......
What I requested since october.I will open a Twitter account tomorrow unfailingly.

Good day my big oga's in the house.please I need advice from you guys.
I invested in tbills in 3 different occasions. 4.5m, 800k and 920k. I needed to open a phone and accessories shop so I approached my bank in January to cancel my tbills of 4.5m which was to expire Sept. this year but the guy I approached adviced me to apply for loan of like 1.5 but I refused and instead went for just 1m loan.with my tbills cert.of 4.5m.The problem now is other tbills expired before September and they all dropped into my account except the 4.5m so I paid back the 1m into the acc. he opened for me and asked him that I needed my 4.5m to reflect in my account as it did not drop like others.
My brothers and sisters, this guy keeps giving me different excuses till now. Should I go strait to his manager or still wait?.
He was even begging me to continue using the loan even if my money appears since the interest is low but I told him I needed my money to reflect first.

Lol shebi when I said it you all said I'm crazy grin
It is only old, tired men that invest in all these instruments with mad volume of cash generated while they were our age from the real economy.
When I see all these 2million people here talking investments in fixed income I know that they are really slow in the head undecided
It's better to use that your money and buy a big mercedes so you can look for a rich girl to deceive in your youth than to invest 2m for 200k PA... grin grin grin
Atleast the girl go pay you in the long run grin grin grin
I want see sujimoto or paddy adenuga start talking about buying bonds abi sukuk grin grin grin
Na to rush am go yabaleft ooo grin grin grin grin grin
Hi,i like going through this thread without commenting because i have really gained alot.
The percentage of persons likely to succed with this your approach is very slim compared to what we have learnt here and if atall the few do succeed, they dont usually sustain it like the real investors.i will give you an example,my hubby bought a clean 2012 camry last year from a desperate guy for 1.5m who climbed to the top through the route you mentioned because he needed to feed and as i am writing this now, everything in his flamboyant appartment has been sold and his current whereabout unknown.
Note*I am less than 30.
With the advice i got from here i started tbills in 2017 with about 2.1m and i was able to compound it to 5.3m as at dec last year.
As i am writing now i have additional 920k cash not the ones i have used to buy gold and some few new wardrope waiting to add to it once it expires and also re-invest.
So imagine if i stumbled on this thread like 10 years ago.
Please be wise.

The guy that mentioned corona virus volunteer stuff got me rolling on the floor.
Thanks guys.I haven't had a good laugh since tbills dropped drastically.

About 25 years ago, there was a taxi driver based at Eko Hotel. There was nothing like Uber, Taxify etc.

The taxi driver was patronised by expatriates, diplomats, business executives on the Island .

The man made a lot of money but was reckless with money and women. His wife formed the habit of stealing her husband money on a daily basis.

She used the money to buy a plot of land at Agric area Ikorodu Lagos, she built a bungalow of 2 flats and 4 shops in the front of the house.

About 3 years ago, the man's taxi business nosedived and finally collapsed because of disruptive technology in form of e-hailing and competition from the likes of Uber and others, the government had earlier destroyed their taxi park at Victoria Island.

Money was not coming as it used to, he could not meet up with his house rent, he could not replace the vehicle he was using for taxi and finally he was given a quite notice to vacate his apartment.

He tried to raise money for another house, all to no avail.

Until the wife who is a house wife cum trader, took him to a house at Ikorodu. He liked the house, he now asked the wife where would he get money for this house.

Until she told her husband that the house belonged to them. He asked where did she get the money to build the house, she told the husband that she had been stealing from the husband all the while and she invested the money on behalf of the family.

The husband postrated and thanked the wife, and asked the wife why didn't she steal more money from him he said he never knew that his money was ever stolen

There is nothing as good as having a frugal wife who is interested in the progress and future of her family.
Wowww.i want to save so that if my husband gets into any difficulty in future,I will make sure he doesn't beg or take any loan.
the difference here is that my husband leaves little or no cash flying around for you to even steal. He is always investing and doesn't drink much so I make do with only what he gives me.
He won't easily get broke though as we already have 4 different buildings on rent excluding our residence with several empty lands and petrol tankers.
I will be strongly behind anytime he needs help cos he is a very good man.

I understand you are talking of the 250k for diversification. That is why I said open a stockbroking account with investment one with the link on my signature. Then you get stocks known to pay dividends regularly. Base on past performance you can look the way of any of the following: Gtbank, Zenith, Access, Flour mills, Nestle, Dangote Sugar, Okomu, Total, and the likes. Remember, you are 100% responsible for your investment decision
Thanks.i have seen the link.

If you still want to be involved in low risk investment. Your cash is better kept in mmf for now or if you can take risk the stock exchange could be an option. Whichever, Check my signature to go with investment one. click on the link and open a mmf or stockbroking account or both.
Thanks but it's only the 250k I want to diversify with as the rest is still in tbills.
I was looking at buying shares with it and leave it for the next 10 to 15 years to come by God's grace.
I want to know the best company to buy it's shares and time of sales as I know you guys know best.thanks again.
