subtract the sum of square of figures on the right side from sum of square of the figures on the left side

for example 1:square of 5 + square of 2) minus (square of 3 + square of 2) equals 16

for example 3:square of 5+ square of 5 ) minus (square of 4 + square of 2) equals 30

it works for all
