Why couldn't he be reasonable enough to state what he can defend with facts?

If he faces a disciplinary panel and then asked to defend his reckless statement, will he be able to present a payslip of a keke driver and another professor in that institution who earns less than N400K as take home pay? Even if there is such, will that professor be foolish enough to release the evidence to him without risking exposure on why his pay is low as such, like loans repayment etc?

He is just idle and deserves to go home and rest without pay.
