Bro, as far as I'm concerned all that "spiritual" is nothing short of a product of your mind/imagination. Quick question: have you ever had a nightmare before? If yes it may interest you to know that the science that says God is not real has proven that "night mares" ( the spiritual entities you see in your sleep which cause "sleep paralysis" are REAL. Why? Because the region in your brain in which you process that memory is the same region where PHYSICAL things (eg your phone, car, house, siblings etc) are stored., so invariably they are saying that if those things weren't real, then the memory (of the nightmares) wouldn't be stored in that location of the brain.
