You should have gotten the pickup email. I'll say check your spam and if you don't get it this week, go for pickup next week and include the one they didn't send the pickup email so they can check and give you feedback.

Hello everyone. I've been a silent reader but this time I have a question, please
Following Visa application of 3 dependents,
2 already received BRP and collection email since last week
The remaining one was moved to VAC on Sept 5 but no collection email or BRP mail yet. Could you please advise on what to do?

Like can I do a paid call to UKVI or send email to TLS or to DecisionLetterRequest@fcdo.org.uk
