​Job Description & Responsibilities:
​Customer Acquisition: Identify and sign up potential users (POS agents, small business owners, and local shops) to the More Value Digital Solutions platform.
​Field Engagement: Educate users on how to use our application for seamless transactions.
​Customer Success: Provide initial support to users. You are the face of our brand in your assigned territory.
​Reporting: Provide daily feedback on user challenges and market trends. We listen to our field team—what you learn in the field helps us build better products.
​Requirements:
​Must reside in Ibadan and be familiar with the local terrain (Sango, Ojoo, and surrounding axes are a plus).
​Must have a working smartphone.
​Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate in Yoruba and English is required; Hausa is an added advantage).
​You must be honest, goal-oriented, and ready to walk the talk.
​Previous experience in field marketing or sales is an advantage, but we are willing to train the right, hungry candidate.
