Your post below does not include the specific "generic" reasons for refusing your application. It might be quite hard giving a lead without this information. In any case, the opium for some refusals reasons could just be a detailed SOP whilst some would require additional documents.

I submitted below documents along with receipt for full tuition fee.
1. Consent letter from my wife
2. Cover letter from myself

4. Tenancy agreement on two acres of land owned by my wife and myself.

6. Family dependents are 3 my wife and 2 kids.

Tell U̶̲̥̅̊я school to help u indicate U̶̲̥̅̊я UAF number on the transcript before sealing it. UAF number is the number u obtained during U̶̲̥̅̊я application. Note that the same number must be indicated on all U̶̲̥̅̊я documents.

All applications might have closed by June, 2013 bcs most of the schools resume August. You have to wait till around November 2013. Pls check this link and browse the schools one after the other. www.universityadmissions.fi

Secondly, Helsinki and Oulu will start their applications by mid November, you can check this link http://www.helsinki.fi/admissions/index.html. For the serious minded pls don't use a fire-brigade approach, get yourself together now. But there is a clause that seems not clear, some schools stated that tuition fee will be applied by 2013/2014.
