Food / Re: Pleas What Is Black Seed Oil Called In Yoruba Language? by trekkie: 10:20am On Feb 02, 2015
if you need black seed oil, soap, tea, in any quantity just let me know. black seed oil is 1100 a bottle but you bear transport cost sha. from the north not as expensive as you think . ten people who need it can come together to pay about 4000 each paying 400 or you can pay the whole thing smiley
i also have fenugreek oil, garlic oil , argan oil. shea butter. not the crap that a lot of folks sell, and black seed itself. the seed either whole or ground. just let me know.

it can definitely save you on the land but im not too sure if it will help you will save on the construction part though.

yeah, i realize that looking at the pic. to save land, more money needs to go into making a sturdy structure. i am now thinking how to incorporate two to three shops/event hall/one large office/warehouse. the remaining is dedicated to a garden area/parking. so my structure is nowhere as demanding as the picture but i get the idea sha.

@mondisweets.. wow, thank you so much. you really got me thinking in another direction.....the picture ... oh wow talk about space maximization.. thanks a lot.. ( my heart had been beating fast thinking i would have to get a Texas sized spread to make this work and how this would mess with my budget.) cheesy

A plot of land for 50 cars? The land should be a very large space. Buy the land first and we can help you do the planning later.

cheesy i know.. i totally lack experience in land sizes so i asked. cheesy thank you for replying. i am grateful and will get back to you as soon as negotiations are concluded. i just wanted to know if i should up what i want or just stick with one plot.. i do not want to waste money on land i cannot afford now... thanks again.

Properties / Re: The Cost And Conditions For Building These Types Of Houses by trekkie: 9:00am On Jan 27, 2015
hi guys, please i need some help, i want to execute a concept and have no idea where to start. it's basically an event venue a hall, with parking for about 50 cars, sundry shops, and some landscaped grounds (i know i have not put any dimensions down, will get back to you on that) do you think one plot of land is ok for that? trying to make the money go round. please give your expert opinion. thank you smiley

second question how costly is it to build a hall please just estimate maybe based on past projects? thanks again

Ihedinobi2, thanks for your input, can you throw more light on your comment? I don't seem to understand you.

Trekkie, thanks for your comment. I had to LOL. I used to be a principled person. We didn't sleep with each other for the first 3 years of our relationship. How can a young woman get pregnant intentionally in this country? I wish you know my family, this is the worst thing that can happen to anybody in my house but I'm grateful how things turned out.

I'll try to give objective answers to your questions. Thanks again

both of you need to know something... financial troubles can come even after marriage.. so if the trouble is only finance... take a deep breath and take the plunge. courage my friend is not the absence of fear, but forging ahead in spite of it. faith is the same thing but this time you believe that God has got your back.

it's clear now that i only read the title not the post grin grin grin grin grin but seriously sha.. i support the millitary on this and the guy is absolutely right.. it's not all about the equipment, mindset matters a great deal . i mean a lion with the heart of a chicken will always be defeated by a chicken with the heart of a lion and if amaechi has the interest of the nation at heart, he should desist from making such statements. .. i was leaning toward buhari but this makes me pause to wonder if i would not be throwing my vote away if i vote for apc...

Politics / Re: Amazing Side Of America That The Americans Will Never Show To The World by trekkie: 2:43am On Dec 27, 2014

Life is life everywhere but Naija situation is simply terrible. Most homeless in US are exconvicts or people without residence permit and are therefore unemployable but in Naija, full fledged graduates are doing menial jobs. Talking about the postman, the west brought us internet and we quickly killed Nipost whereas they retained the post office considering the rate of its employment provision. America may not be heaven but believe me, after staying for couple of years, one will realize what it means for a country to be planned well. #teamLAforlife cool

it shall be well with you smiley. no one is saying life in the states is problem free but for a country to be well planned is the issue. .. oh i could go on and on... naija sha undecided
