Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has revealed he manages stress through a strict diet and exercise regime as well as quirky lifestyle habits like hours of meditation each day.

The 42-year-old’s only daily meal is dinner, but he won’t eat at all on weekends, he has ditched warm showers altogether and he walks the distance between his home and the social media HQ in an effort to make sure his mind stays sharp.



According to Mailonline , Dorsey – whose net worth is $5.3billion – claims the routine makes his days feel longer and says he’s able to switch off to get ample sleep every night.



‘During the day, I feel so much more focused. … You have this very focused point of mind in terms of this drive,’ Dorsey said about having his only meal between 6.30pm and 9pm.

Dorsey usually enjoys fish, chicken, or steak with a salad or a side of vegetables and has berries or dark chocolate for dessert.

The single man – who says he wants to have a family at some point and is trying to experiment with what has the best impact before he does – will allow himself red wine on occasion but notes it interrupts his sleep if he has too much.

But he ditches food altogether for two days of the week and reintroduces calories into his diet with bone broth to prepare for the new week.

‘I’ll go from Friday ’til Sunday. I won’t have dinner on Friday. I won’t have dinner or any meal on Saturday. And the first time I’ll eat will be Sunday evening. I’ve done that three times now where I do [an] extended fast where I’m just drinking water,’ Dorsey revealed.

‘The first time I did it, like day three, I felt like I was hallucinating. It was a weird state to be in. But as I did it the next two times, it just became so apparent to me how much of our days are centered around meals and how — the experience I had was when I was fasting for much longer, how time really slowed down.’

Acting President of the NFF, Seyi Akinwunmi, the Chairman of the Nigeria Women Football League, Aisha Falode, some other NFF and sports ministry officials are expected at the venue.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup trophy is expected to arrive Nigeria on a tour on Thursday, Demola Olajire, Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Director of Communication said on Tuesday in Abuja.

Olajire said in a statement: “The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, is already agog in anticipation of the arrival of the FIFA Women’s World Cup trophy, which is expected on Nigerian soil on Thursday.

“The Women’s World Cup trophy’s stop-over is coming 13 months after the FIFA World Cup trophy (for men) also made a stop-over in Nigeria ahead of last year’s FIFA World Cup finals in Russia.”

He said the World football governing body, FIFA, had informed the NFF that former Nigeria international striker, Osaze Odemwingie, would arrive in the country on Wednesday.

Odemwingie is one of the FIFA Legends for this year’s World Cup finals in France.

“Three other FIFA officials are due in the country hours later.

“Nicole Fisch (lead for women’s football project), Sarai Bareman (chief women’s football officer) and Vanessa Marques (lead for marketing project) are the FIFA officials expected on Wednesday,’’ Olajire said.

The NFF director of communication said that Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalong, would receive the team on Thursday.

He said the FIFA team alongside ministry and NFF officials would move to Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, for the display of the trophy.

“At the Transcorp Hilton, there will be a video documentary on the evolution of women football in Nigeria,’’ he said.

According to him, Acting President of the NFF, Seyi Akinwunmi, the Chairman of the Nigeria Women Football League, Aisha Falode, some other NFF and sports ministry officials are expected at the venue.

“Some players of the Super Falcons, who returned from a two-match tour of Spain on Tuesday afternoon, will be there.

“Pupils from two schools within the Abuja metropolis as well as media representatives and other stakeholders will also be part of the event,’’ Olajire added.

The best 24 women national teams in the world will battle for the cup in nine cities in France between June 7 and July.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he cannot see Paul Pogba leaving the club before next season.

The French midfielder, who rejoined United in August 2016, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Speaking before Wednesday’s Champions League quarter-final against Barcelona, Solskjaer said: “Paul Pogba is looking forward to tomorrow.

“At Paul’s best he can run a game like this. I cannot see him not playing for Manchester United next season.”

Pogba missed Manchester United’s remarkable comeback in their last-16 tie with Paris St-Germain after being sent off during the first leg.

Neymar’s father has said his son is in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a contract extension, amid constant reports of interest from Real Madrid.

Since moving to the Parc des Princes from Barcelona in a world record €222million deal in 2017, the Brazil international has regularly been linked with a return to Spain.

However, Neymar Snr. who also acts as his son’s agent, has said they have no plans to leave any time soon.

“Neymar is in the second year of his contract, so he has three more to run.

“We are already discussing an extension with PSG.

“His name has been the subject of rumours since he was 17 – from the moment he took his first professional steps. Neymar has only experienced two transfers in his life, but he has known speculation for 10 years.

“The probability that he does not leave [PSG] is great. People say: ‘Neymar is in every transfer rumour that concerns a big club in each window.’ This reflects that his career is being handled well – he is always one of the [important] names.

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has already held talks with Eden Hazard and the Chelsea forward has agreed to join this summer, Sport reports.

Hazard has made no secret of his desire to play for Madrid and has often spoken about his adoration of Zidane.

The Belgian will have just a year remaining on his current contract with the Blues at the end of this season and has refused to agree fresh terms so far.

It is now understood that he has now agreed to join Madrid, with Zidane’s return to the Santiago Bernabeu a key factor in his decision.

Hazard has said ‘yes’ to a five-year contract with Madrid and will become the club’s highest-paid player.

Chelsea, however, have set a £98.5million asking price for Hazard and are reportedly open to selling the 28-year-old.

Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman have incurred the wrath of a furious California mother who filed a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against the actresses and other elites.

According to USA Today,Jennifer Kay Toy, a former Oakland school teacher, filed a $500 billion (yep, with a B!) class action lawsuit Wednesday against defendants named in “Operation Varsity Blues,” claiming “legitimate applicants to colleges were denied access due to the illegal activities.”

In the lawsuit, Toy said her son Joshua wasn’t admitted to several universities where the massive cheating scandal took place, despite having a 4.2 grade point average.


“I’m outraged and hurt because I feel that my son, my only child, was denied access to a college not because he failed to work and study hard enough but because wealthy individuals felt that it was OK to lie, cheat, steal and bribe their children’s way into a good college,” Toy said.

She added that Joshua’s “rights to a fair chance at entrance to college was stolen,” although she did not specify which universities her son applied to.

“I’m now aware of the massive cheating scandal wherein wealthy people conspired with people in positions of power and authority at colleges in order to allow their children to gain access to the very colleges that Joshua was rejected from,” Toy said. “I’m not a wealthy person, but even if l were wealthy l would not have engaged in the heainous (sic) and dispicable (sic) actions of defendants.”
