The car could be 2007 cos that model and design of E-class otherwise called the Mercedes Benz W211 was manufactured from 2002-2009 and was replaced in 2009 by Mercedes Benz W212 which is the range of E-class we have now as the newest models.
Its just not as neat and clean as would be  expected for a Mercedes Benz that year and at that price.

I would go with Kunle-A on this. Go for the Acura its of better value and options compared to the EOD for the the same year. Well Maintenance I am guessing would def be higher than that of the EOD which is just simply logical due to its value and options compared to the EOD.

Other factors which I might have put into consideration would have been the mileage on both cars, but since that is not readily available, just know that the Acura is to[b] Honda[/b] as Lexus is to Toyota so it would simply tip off the EOD when placed side by side. . . .
