Education / Re: UNICAL Students Protest Hike Of Tuition Fees By 100% by Trimjos: 4:42pm On Dec 04, 2023

Like what?

Set up business that would fail because 'people are poor'

Seek for donations from wealthy alumni.? Yes it helps..but only to a point. A rich man can make a donation of 10 million naira to any university. Whether he is able to make that donation every year for the next ten years is another matter...plus the 10 million would over time not be able to meet university needs.

Sadly...and I say this as the papa of future university students...fees would have to go up eventually. Or your APC government can tell Nigerians to pay half their annual income in tax every year...like they do in Denmark...in return for free education.

Always yarning dust.

You think that this is only affecting Eastern and South South universities

It is going to affect your region's universities. And it is not because of tribe, it is because at the end of the day, universities compete on a global scale, and they need money to compete better.

Trustme2:
Indeed. Clearing of the car currently is 1.9m
Shipping is $1500 + trucking $500= $2000 xN1200 = N2.4m + N1.9m That's N4.3m aside from the cost of buying the car. The government and exchange rate is the culprit here. Anything less than 5m for this car would be an old import and possibly a distressed sale. Even as an old import, when the dealer intends to replace, if he sells bellow the current price, he cannot replace any longer.

Can you read this at all. How can they spend 3m for purchase and shipping? Won't you clear. Clearing is N1.8m, Shipping/towing is about 2m. Those two cost is more that N3m currently. Make una dey fear God na

Mister, shut it with all ur inflated figures above. You think u re talking to a baby

Lol, actually we're excellent at improving our country & not japaring. Aren't Nigerians only good at living off the sweat of other people in foreign countries? That's why you're bitter black South Africans have locked you out hence the negative comments. Keep crying from the outside - we'll keep kicking you out bloody rejects! Fix your country and stop being a bloody nuisance - we don't owe you anything.

All your rant here doesn't change the fact that your asses are only good at xenophobia and dishing out AIDS

Check as white worshippers are glad an apartheid sponsor family has bought out a Nigerian business 🇳🇬👎🏾💩

Black South Africans went through apartheid but its Nigerians that are suffering the after-effects of white S licking 🤣🤣🤣🤣

For a while they even forgot they have no meaningful infrastructure to speak of after 60 years of independence and massive oil reserves 🇳🇬👎🏾

We know you are currently looking for a shop to loot due to xenophobia or someone to infect AIDS. That's the only thing black south Africans are good at.

XAUBulls:

That's a strategic international business move from a scion of the Oppenheimer family of SA.

On a very serious note, it is highly asinine of some young posters here on this NL thread to be insulting Black SA folks. It is not true that there are no Black South Africa millionaires as well. Yes, there are some of them who troll online and other folks among them do NOT like the relentless immigration into SA, but South Africans generally are jovial and have good things to say about other Africans as long as there is NO condescending attitude towards them like you see here. Period.

Story!!

Same south Africans that look for any opportunity to kill and loot shops of fellow black foreigners

The headline should read "White South African", "Boar" or "Dutch".

Black South Africans are too broke to afford a Nigerian company. The only way they hope to takeover Nigerian companies in their country is through violent xenophobia.

Shame on them.

You just took these words outta my mouth.

I doubt if there's even a black south African that is a millionaire in USD; I really doubt
