BREAKING: Tension In North APC As Millions Of Members Dump Party Less Than 48 Hours After Shettima’s Unveiling

Information reaching EEreporters that there is heavy tension in ruling party, All progressive congress APC in less than 48 Hours After former Lagos State governor and Presidential candidate of the party Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Unveiling former Nigerian lawmaker and Borno state governor, Senator Kashim Shettima, as his running mate for the 2023 presidency election.

On Wednesday, All progressive congress APC, Presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu Unveiling Mr. Shettima as his deputy for next year general election at yar’adua’s center Abuja, which the Party hired some of fake Bishops, Pastors to the event, and tagged them as Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) leaders, but after too much pressure and CAN disowned them as their members, Tinubu came out and clear air that they are upcoming pastors without big name yet.

Few weeks ago after All progressive congress APC Presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu announced Shettima as his vice president candidate, thousands of youths, groups, individuals stormed Abuja for former Lagos State governor and APC leaders to drop former Borno governor and pick Christian faith as his deputy but he refused to listen.

On Thursday thousands of All progressive congress APC members and Chieftains in Kaduna and Kebbi states, which is APC strong hold states dumped the party citing internal crisis. But according to top source who spoke with EEreporters on condition of anonymity said, all members dumped the party because of Muslim Muslim Ticket.

A reliable source who spoke with EEreporters said, 80% from northern part of the country are ready to quit the party from now till October, another top source from Kano said more than 3 millions members are ready to leave the party any moment from now.

Recalled, immediately Tinubu announced Kashim Shettima as his running mate, the former secretary to the government of federation (SGF), Mr. Babachir Lawal came out publicly and caution All progressive congress (APC) for their choice of selection, telling them to make immediately change of Muslim Muslim Ticket, or else they will lose party members and 2023 general election but they refused.

EEreporters gathered that during Shettima’s Unveiling at Yar’adua’s center Abuja, 90% of APC Chieftains christians from north did not attend the event, Even country’s Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo who is a pastor in Redeem Christian church of God (RCCG) and others.

EEreporters also gathered that, 80% of Nigerians are tired of All progressive congress APC government, they are ready to vote the party out, and bring new government.

Multiple sources from party said, apart from Muslim Muslim Ticket, Nigerians don’t want APC government again, everybody are tired, hunger, lack of jobs, hardship everywhere, couple with same faith ticket.

According to another source who spoke with EEreporters said, if there is anywhere people can vote out All progressive congress APC members out of power, from councilors to president, Nigerians would have done it immediately.

We are now praying for independent national electoral commission INEC not to rig 2023 general elections in favour of All progressive congress APC, top party member said.

Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar is in the United States to meet members of the Peoples Democratic Party in the diaspora.

Mr Abubakar arrived in America on Thursday after he left Nigeria on Wednesday.

As part of his programmes in the U.S., the PDP flag bearer would be meeting with top Nigerian business leaders and young Nigerian professionals living in diaspora, as well as with the business community at large.

His visit is the second since 2018 when he similarly visited America to quell the notion that he had been banned from entering the country over fraud allegations.

Mr Abubakar is expected to be back in Nigeria on Monday and will restart his campaign on Tuesday, November 1 in Ekiti and Ondo states.

The PDP presidential candidate had three weeks ago officially started his political campaign in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state which was followed by another campaign in Kaduna with his most recent campaign held in Benin, Edo state.
