I'll give it to the writers. The way they get us to empathize with these characters, even though they're technically scum, is amazing. We all know Tommy's a murderous psycho but seeing the look on his face when he came home to propose to his bae only to meet her corpse instead drew sympathy I didn't even know I still had for him. Prior to this whole LAND border closure issue, I never knew I have been consuming local rice.
